HOW TO | NAVIGATE OUR NEW WEBSITE

STEP 1

Open your internet browser on your device. In the URL box, type in www.fellahamilton.com.au

STEP 2

On our home page you can shop by selecting one of the options on our menu bar by clicking on ‘new arrivals’, ‘clothing’, ‘Hedrena’ etc.

Alternatively if you know which style you are looking for you can search for it by name in the search bar on the top right hand side of screen.

STEP 3

When using the menu bar a drop-down menu will appear, providing more specific options to choose from.

Click on your preference and then browse styles, you can also narrow down your search by selecting your size at the right hand side of the drop down menu.

STEP 4

When you find a style you like click on it to bring up all the style information.

Select your colour, size. (If you do not know your size, you can click on ‘Size & Fit’ to see measurements)

You can also view the ‘Product details’ and the ‘Material & Care’ information here.

When you have made your selction, then click ‘Add to bag’.

STEP 5

A pop down will appear with a quick overview of your shopping bag.

If you would like to look at other products click on ‘Continue Shopping’.

If you are finished shopping, click ‘View Bag’.

STEP 6

When you have added all the items you wish to purchase to your bag it is time to check out.

If you have a gift voucher or promotion code enter it into the relevant boxes.

When you are happy with your order, click on proceed to checkout.

STEP 7

In section 2 of checkout select either‘Log into your account’ or ‘Continue as a guest’.

Next, fill out your payment details under ‘3. Payment’.

If you would like to receive emails from Fella Hamilton, tick the box at the bottom.

When you have finished entering your details, click ‘Place Order Now’ once and wait for the page to load.

You will receive a confirmation email of your purchase.
